Chapter 1

It was the first day of college. Karthik Bhatt, one of the third year cool dudes in the Indian Institute of Law Madras, was smoking a 'dhum', when something just had him awestruck! A Lambhorgini came from the middle of nowhere, and landed outside the Class Room Complex. The door opened, and came out of it a damsel. Or atleast so thought Karthik. Blown away by her charming personality, Karthik was immediately on course for the next dhum. He immediately made a call to Vishwesh, and was like, 'Macha, you don't know what you are missing. Come soon.'

It was their first night of the semester. It had been quite a while since they had taken a drink together. Karthik, Vishwesh and Shankar, the insti's closest trio, had been friends since class 11. They had childhoods of different varied types, but from the time their adolescence took over, they had been together. They were freak-outs of the first order, but at the same time, had loads of educational backup to show, be it their marks in school or grades in college.

Karthik was an epitome of fun. He was never serious about anything. He described himself as the Premgi of Saroja, a love ever fifteen minutes. Damsels caught his eye everytime he searched for them. Without the other two of them, his story would have been a disaster, as these were the two who made him sit, and take notice of his studies when he needed to. He had a penchant for music, and also was a guy who made his own rap songs for ARR tunes. He was also an avid Dhoni fan.

Vishwesh was the arithmetic, geometric and harmonic mean of Karthik and Shankar. Apart from being a mathematics freak, he was also a huge Sachin, Rajni, and Dhoni fan. He was emotional, but did the emotionally right thing eventually, everytime he got emotional. He had a turbulent time with two love affairs, but since then had moved on, and was part of a very peaceful trio now. He was the balance of the group, and was some sort of link to keep the three together.

Shankar was an emotionally devoid fellow, who was considered to be quite an academic person. He had his own fun side, but sadly not many people took time to actually appreciate it. He was anti-Dhoni person, and was a huge critic. Luckily or unluckily for him, not many people took his criticism too seriously. Shankar and Vishwesh were an aspiring director-scriptwriter duo, who were waiting for an opportunity to have a pun made on any of their friends.

Karthik got drunk, and started talkin about the girl he saw that morning in college. Shankar got excited and wanted to see who, the next day. They got drunk and eventually slept off...
